Sending Some Love In The Mail This Week

So I took a bit of a social media hiatus. I needed some time to get my thoughts together, work, and take care of the kiddos! The anniversary of 3 loved ones that we lost last year got me thinking. I started thinking of how short life really is, of how wrapped up in ourselves we really get and that the true meaning of life (to me) is that we are all really in this together. Life is about human connections and the interactions we have. It’s about keeping up with precious relationships, taking time to care about one another and love each other. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So then I started thinking about:
L O V E M A I L. When was the last time I reached out and loved on someone? If you don’t count a care package I sent last week, it’s been a while. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So this week I am taking time to reach out to a few loved ones to show them how much I really care. It won’t take much time, but the impact itself will be powerful. Remember the last time you got a piece of mail that WASN’T a bill? Yea, THAT feeling! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why? Because at the end of the day, we all just want to know that we are loved and cared about, To know that someone else thought of us in this crazy technology, self absorbed, social media driven world we live in!
