Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
An email must be sent to us stating why you would like to return your item(s). All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
We do not accept wholesale returns unless the item is defective. All return requests must be made within 24 hours of package delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. So that we can track your returned item.

2. M I N I M U M S / P A Y M E N T / R E T U R N S
Initial orders must meet a minimum of $100, and minimum reorders
of $75. All orders are placed through our online portal. If you do not want to
make an account, we can send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid prior to
shipping. We do not accept direct returns unless the item is defective. All requests must be made within 24 hours of shipment arrival.
3. S H I P P I N G
When you place your order, we will ship within 7 business days via USPS unless otherwise agreed upon. If we have an email address on file, you will receive a shipping notification when it leaves our shop. Please notify us if you need the items by a specific date. You will be notified if anything is out of stock. Orders will be sent out once the invoice is paid in full.
4. D E L I V E R Y
Please call within 48 hours of delivery if there are any problems with your order. All orders are packaged to arrive safe and a tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships. We will happily fix any mistakes caused on our end. Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for unsold goods.
